sunrise indian nose hill

It is a hill that is located in the southern part of the lake in the town of Santa Clara la Laguna.

The place has been characterized by having one of the best viewpoints towards the lake and the volcanic line that Guatemala has, many tourists take tours to see the sunrise or hiking day to see the lake and the volcanoes.

Sunrise

We leave Panajachel at 03:30 in the morning by bus that will take us to the town of Santa Clara la laguna, then we will leave the car to start the walk for approximately 30 minutes until we reach the highest part of the mountain and wait for the sunrise.

Hiking day

We leave Panajachel by boat that will take us to the town of San Juan la laguna, then our adventure begins climbing the hill for approximately 2 hours until we reach the top and appreciate the lake and the volcanoes and then we go down through Santa Clara and take a bus that will bring us to San Juan and then to Panajachel.
